The choice of GZ34 \/ 5AR4 as rectifier tube means that the heater voltage rises smoothly to the drive and power tubes for about 30 seconds, which means that all other tubes start soft. This greatly reduces the stress compared to a diode-based rectifier solution. In short, a classic, durable vacuum tube construction without extra relays and connections in the way of the clean sound. The bias setting in AirArt 60 is also easily adjustable with a separate measuring point per power tube. It is easily adjusted with a standard multimeter at time of replacement.<\/h4>\n

AirArt 60 weighs a lot, which is a result of heavily dimensioned power supply, the output transformer and other components, but the flexible \u201chalf-width format\u201d still makes it easy to place. Either next to each other, or why not next to the respective speaker, to minimize the cable length between amplifier and speakers.<\/h4>\n
